Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the cost difference is prorated from your upgrade date. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What does "Direct API Integration" mean?
Basic, Enterprise, and Diamond plans include a direct connection from Kelvata to your internal business systems — CRM, loan management system, collections software, or ERP — via REST API. Data flows automatically into the analytics platform with no manual CSV uploads needed. Basic covers 1 system; Enterprise covers 3 systems; Diamond covers multiple systems with bespoke data pipelines.
How do I pay?
We invoice in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Payments are accepted via M-Pesa Buy Goods or direct bank transfer. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments attract interest at 2% per month.
What is the Diamond plan setup process?
Diamond starts with a discovery call to map your operations, systems, and analytics goals. We produce a bespoke scope of work, delivery timeline, and contract. Build and integration typically takes 4–8 weeks. KES 85,000/mo (incl. VAT) is the starting price — final pricing depends on scope and complexity.
